Prizes are to be awarded for Best Cruising Log and Best Cadet Cruising Log.
Logs can be based on any length of cruise, including day trips, in any sailing boat either dinghy or cruiser. Photographs, charts and drawings are welcome as part of the logs.
Best Cadet Cruising Log prize was introduced to encourage our cadet members to enjoy the spirit of cruising, and to share their fun or what they learnt with others. Depending on the age of the cadet, photos and pictures may form the major part of a cadet cruising log.
Cruising logs should be passed to Rear Commodore Sailing (Don Howes) or a sailing committee member by 30 September 2007.
All logs will be displayed at the AGM in December, and then returned to the author.
